I already had the yellow and orange glasses. For my eye, oranges are my favorite for the day and end of the day. I was missing the reds for the evening. Although for a while I've been falling asleep easily while sitting in front of the TV, some evenings it's more difficult. And since deep sleep usually happens before midnight, but I can't go to bed early because my dog needs me lol. I take part of my sleep, lying on the couch.
